Privacy + Return Policy

Privacy:  No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client or parent/guardian of the client if that client is under the age of 18.  No information collected during evaluation or therapy sessions may be distributed, sold or transferred at any given time without prior knowledge of the client which includes but is not limited to social media, photography, videography or any other forms of digital communication.

Returns/Exchanges:  Mistakes happen...we understand!  If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of purchase. You may return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. ***Returns/Exchanges are at the discretion of Tribe Meditation and the items in question should be in original condition and packaging. 

Cancellation of Services:  Services that are cancelled in less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of your booked service.  Cancellations and rescheduling may be handled by the client themselves via their email confirmation.

All Reiki services (including classes) are to be paid in full upon scheduling.  No refunds.
